Customer Service Intern

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Students who are studying or have graduated (college or university degree)
  • Specialized in economics
  • Male/Female; aged 21-30
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Answer phones to respond to orders, general Merchant inquires, Bill Statement questions, all of Terminals Issue and customer complaints.
  • Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
